A new website has launched for the upcoming CryEngine 3 powered WW2 FPS, Enemy Front.

City Interactive has launched a new website for the upcoming game revealing some new details along with  some new screenshots which you can see in the gallery just below. In case you missed the release date announcement last month, Enemy Front will be releasing on June 10th for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Story Details

You’re Robert Hawkins, an American stuck deep in Nazi controlled territory during the height of WWII. It’s up to you whether to fight your enemies face to face, snipe them from afar, or sneak past and sabotage their positions. Join the fight against the evil Third Reich in open-ended missions across war torn Europe.

We’ll be sure to post a review of the game once it releases so feel free to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date with all the latest information on Enemy Front.

Two months ago I called out CI Games for “promoting their apathetic first-person action game with an emotional trailer”. To make matters worse, it seems it was made in-engine by the CIG themselves. How can these polish developers be so disrespectful to their own people and past? And they are even advertising the game in a similar way I mocked they would!

I’m no moralist. I got upset, and when some people started praising the developers for making something they aren’t ¹, I wanted to get it off my chest.

¹ (a more serious tone Telltale-like game could pull it off, maybe)

All in all, the game looks fun. Heh. :)

Instead of screenshots, I’d rather see a game in itself. All in all, it’s not for long. :) I like the solutions in the game, different approach to the fight, several endings. I hope that with the same enthusiasm I will tell after checking game.

Screenshoots is only screenshoots it allways looks awesome so here is no exception. I’m very interested how often I can choice combat technique. Honestly I preffer stealth and sniper combat style.
