Arkane Studios may have teased a new expansion for Prey a year after the game’s original release via a short GIF posted on the official Twitter account.
The tweet, kept short and simple, teases with the general space-faring question “Do we really know what’s out there?” and shows the moon, possibly hinting that any new content will be set on a lunar base rather than a space station.

The original game included a reference to a lunar colony that existed in tandem to the Talos I station that was the setting for Prey. This tease would make that base the likely setting for any lunar expansion, though the question posed in the tweet could hint to more distant space exploration.
If exploring further into space, perhaps an expansion might explore the roots of the Typhon aliens fought in the base game, but that seems a slim possibility.
