It has been confirmed today that Rocksteady is indeed making a new Batman game for the next-gen consoles.

Online retailer GAME has just leaked the announcement of the latest entry in the Batman: Arkham Series, Batman: Arkham Knight. The game is heading to the PS4, Xbox One and PC with no release date listed on the product page currently. Gameinformer is revealing their next issue today which, is probably safe to assume that they are revealing Arkham Knight so you can expect a bunch of new details on the game from us later on today.

According to the product page, this is the final entry in the Arkham Series, and will see Batman fighting a number of foes including Scarecrow. In addition, the Batmobile will finally be drivable, hinting at a much larger open world than we’re used to in the Arkahm games.

The listing at GAME has currently been taken down for the time being following the leak, so we’ll be sure to update the link to the product page once it goes back online. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get all the new details on Arkham Knight later on today.

Thanks, VideoGamer
