Amazon brings us news today that a Director’s Cut version of Deus Ex Human Revolution will be heading to Wii U on May 7th. Nintendo’s console is getting notorious for becoming the go-to-destination for updated re-releases, this title seems no different.

The Amazon page states that players can “tap into the Wii U’s GamePad true potential: Adam Jensen’s newest augmentation, the Neural Hub, offers an immersive and empowering experience, right at the tips of your fingers.”

Hopefully the GamePad can add something new to the seven month old game. Nothing has been mentioned as of yet by Square Enix, but if it’s releasing in less than two months an official announcement must be forthcoming.  When asked to comment Square Enix stated “We don’t comment on rumor or speculation.” Helpful. The box art from Amazon’s listing is just below.

Jeff Scott
A life long Nintendo fan and lover of all things games, Jeff Scott, couldn't be more excited to be writing for OnlySP. When he isn't working the dreaded 9 to 5, he enjoys catching up on movies, great television, and oh yeah - family time when he can fit it in (kidding, honey!). He hopes to blossom from occasional to full time writer at some point. If he doesn't embarrass himself on this site first...
