A Game of the Year Edition of last year’s stellar new IP from Bethesda Softworks and Arkane Studios, Dishonored, was first hinted at by the uncovering of an Australian Classifications Board listing for it last month. Bethesda has today confirmed it as a reality, announcing that it will be available from the 8th of October for the budget price of $39.99USD. European gamers get it three days later, on the 11th. It will be available on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles.

Much like the majority of similar releases, the pack will bundle all of the released DLC, amounting to Void Walker’s Arsenal, Dunwall City Trials and the two-part alternate story of the main game’s primary antagonist, Daud: The Knife of Dunwall and The Witches of Brigmore, with the already expansive core game. This really is the definitive pack for any fans of the game.

It is also very much warranted. The game won over a hundred Game of the Year awards from reputable sources including GameSpot, GameInformer and the BAFTA video game awards. Although it missed out on the top spot here at OnlySP, it ran a close second place. Unfortunately, the original 9/10 review has been removed from our archives, so you’ll have to make do with my slightly spoilerific second opinion article.
