During the Bethesda E3 2015 press conference, Todd Howard revealed a number of new details about the game.

According to Howard, Fallout will include a number of graphical updates on the next gen version of their Creation engine. The game will now include new graphical upgrades such as physical based rendering, dynamic volumetric lighting and what looks like dynamic weather as well based on the gameplay trailer, however, that’s unconfirmed.

Fallout 4 is all about retaining “player freedom”, according to Howard and in accordance with that, you can now walk away from dialogue whenever you want, and build your own structures, weapons and power armor by looting objects in the world. You can even fit entire buildings into your pocket for that matter. Your protagonist is no longer anti-social either as your female or male character will now be fully voiced.

Fallout 4 releases on the PC, Xbox One and PS4 on November 10th of this year.
