Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 Are Confirmed To Not Appear At E3 2014

2

Previously, Shinji Hashimoto presumably stated that there will be a presence of both Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV “not only in June [and] there will be many events from now on such as San Diego Comicon, Tokyo Game Show, and others.”

However, that has been proved to be somewhat false as the producer of both Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy, confirmed to Famitsu that both Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 will not have new information at this year’s E3. Hashimoto explained that it “would not be the best time to exhibit information about Final Fantasy XV” and “we are are working diligently on KH3, but I think releasing new information will still take some time.”

When asked about the assumed confirmation for Final Fantasy XV’s potential E3 appearance at the Thailand Comicon panel he hosted, he explained that he meant to say “I can’t answer yet” and it was a misunderstanding. Kingdom Hearts 3, however, did receive a teaser within the end of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix E3 2014 Trailer and Shinji Hashimoto did ask fans to check that out.

Both Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts 3 are expected to have an appearance at this year’s Tokyo Game Show and perhaps Gamescom.
