If you’re an Xbox One owner hoping to get their hands on Campo Santo’s ‘Firewatch’, we’ve got bad news for you. There’s currently “no plans” to bring the game to the Xbox One.

In a new interview with Gamingbolt, Sean Vanaman from the Firewatch development team told the website, “There are no plans right now but we, obviously, want as many folks to play the game over the long term as possible!” Vanaman continued on to say, “we’re just a small studio and can only do so much.”

Firewatch never took to any crowdfunding campaigns to acquire extra funding, so the better the game sells the higher likelihood the game will make its way to the Xbox One at some point.  Currently Firewatch is only planned for release on the PC and PS4.

As for the technical aspects of the PS4 version of the game? Campo Santo told Gamingbolt, “The game is definitely in 1080p – last I played it was at 30fps. It’s not a high-action shooter so 60fps, etc, is not as important. There aren’t any rad explosions you can bask in.”

Firewatch is primed for a February 19th release on the PS4 and PC. Stay tuned to OnlySP on Facebook and Twitter for more details on the game as we have them.
