GhostWire: Tokyo Creative Director and E3 Sensation Ikumi Nakamura Leaves Project

Ikumi Nakamura has revealed that she has parted ways with Tango Gameworks and Zenimax Media.

The GhostWire: Tokyo creative director, who achieved cult fame for her appearance at E3 this year took to Twitter today to announce the news.

“After 9 years as Creative director & Art Director at Tango and Zenimax – I felt here is one of ends of the journeys,” she wrote, adding in a reply, “I’ve also decided to proceed to the new world I can keep myself happy and somebody require me.”

How this news affects the ongoing development of GhostWire: Tokyo is not clear at the present time.

The game was announced during Bethesda’s E3 2019 press conference, but was not given a release date. So far, only baseline details about the promising project have been revealed.
