Luna the Shadow Dust

Lantern Studios has announced a February 2020 release window for the point-and-click puzzle adventure game LUNA The Shadow Dust.

The developer also provided an explanation for missing the original release forecast of this winter.

A few obstacles of note were the sudden end of the collaboration with a FX co-worker and narrowing the release window to avoid AAA titles. A desire for a global release also played a factor in the February release window.

LUNA the Shadow Dust focuses on wordless storytelling using cinematics and the score to convey the story. OnlySP had the opportunity to interview Lantern Studio’s music composer, Susie Wang to ask about how the score was created for the game’s levels, musical inspirations, and various other topics.
