Little Misfortune

Fran Bow Developer Killmonday Games Returns with Little Misfortune

For those unaware of Fran Bow, the game was a delightful Tim Burton-esque adventure game with horror elements, and its developer is following up in similar fashion with Little Misfortune.

Described as an “interactive story, focused on exploration and characters, both sweet and dark,” Little Misfortune tells the story of Ramirez Hernandez, an imaginative, perhaps paranormally-gifted,  8-year-old, who seeks to gift her mother eternal happiness.

The title drifts between a cutesy aesthetic and horror, invoking connotations with some of Burton’s animated work. The game will share the same universe as Fran Bow, but will be more focused on choices and consequences.

The title is set to launch sometime in 2019 on PC. For more on Little Misfortune, follow OnlySP on FacebookTwitter, and YouTube.
