Layers of Fear developer, Bloober Team, announced their next game at the PC Gamer conference at E3 2016 last week.
Bloober’s new game is called Observer and it’s a cyberpunk horror game set in a “grim future version of Cracow, Poland.” There’s a pretty unique premise behind the game: What would you do if your fears got hacked and used against you?
Here’s the official description:
“You play as Dan a member of a special psycho-police unit called the Observers. Observers are equipped with Dream Eaters – a strictly governed by the law devices that give them the ability to dig into people’s minds and memories. The events in the game will force Dan to forget about regulations and common sense and do what is strictly forbidden – dig into the minds of the deceased, twisted by fear, body augmentations and madness.”
A reveal trailer and short gameplay video were released for Observer and you can check them out just below. Stay tuned for further updates on Observer by following OnlySP on Facebook and Twitter.
For the moment Observer has only been announced for the PC. No release date has been confirmed either.
