Monstrum, the procedurally generated first-person horror by Team Junkfish, is being ported to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, three years after the original PC release.

The indie title made a splash in 2015 by matching its P.T.-esque gameplay with roguelike sensibilities. More details on the project’s gameplay can be found in OnlySP’s preview of an early build of Monstrum, embedded below, which chronicles the game’s escape mechanics:

OnlySP interviewed the Team Junkfish near release, with the studio expressing interest in a console port “if the opportunity arose.” The developer confirmed on Twitter that a VR version would not be possible at this time, with the title forecasted to be released soon.

Most recently, the studio released Attack of the Earthlings, which impressed OnlySP’s Damien Lawardorn.
