It seems From Software may be working on a next-gen game exclusive to the PS4.

The images below come by the way of 4chan, a site usually not known for leaking anything “real”, but it seems they may have actually outed a real project this time around. The project, dubbed Project Beast for the time being is said to be a new PS4 exclusive developed by From Software and published by Sony.

Other than that, no other details are currently present for the title. Sony has noted multiple times that it has a large amount of developers working on in-house projects, so maybe we’ll see Project Beast at E3 this year.

  1. Never, never, never, never, never use 4chan as a source.
Also, From Software’s been bought by Kadokawa Games, so the odds of a new game of theirs being published by Sony are almost none. Doesn’t mean it won’t be a PS exclusive, as Lily Bergamo (developed by Grasshopper Manufacture and published by Kadokawa) is.

    1. Yea we know not to use them as a source Mr. Damien. There’s no direct link to any source and that’s where it was picked up. The game was also more than likely in development before they were bought, so it’s very well likely that the game is being published by Sony. Titanfall was published by EA and Microsoft for example.

      1. Okay, I won’t argue. :)

  2. Shuhei Yoshida has dropped various hints that there will be a Demons Souls 2 over the past year and a half-ish, in fact, he pretty much confirmed it on his Twitter at one time(if I remember correctly), so maybe its not Demons Souls afterall, but it is a Souls game.
Looks like the Souls series is about to go all ”Gothic Horror” on us, and I LOVE gothic horror, maybe this is called Gothic Souls? :-)

  3. Beast Souls oh yeah
