New Xbox Game Pass Titles Drop, Final Fantasy Series and Darksiders III Coming Next Year

Eight new games have arrived on Xbox Game Pass, while Microsoft has also revealed some of the upcoming titles for 2020.

As part of the X019 event, Microsoft announced the latest games that have dropped on its subscription-based service. Rage 2 and Remnant: From the Ashes are both available for Xbox One. November’s Xbox Game Pass lineup is rounded out by Age of Wonders: Planetfall and The Lego Ninjago Movie Videogame.

Meanwhile, those playing on PC get access to Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition and Hearts of Iron IV. The Talos Principle and Tracks – The Train Set Game are available for console and PC.

In addition to those new titles, a host of games have been announced for 2020. This includes practically every mainline Final Fantasy game since Final Fantasy VII. In total, Microsoft will add 10 games from the franchise to the service next year.

The next 12 months will also see Darksiders III, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and Halo: Reach arrive on Xbox Game Pass. Several Yakuza entries and My Friend Pedro will arrive on the subscription service at some point in 2020 as well.

Microsoft is now offering a special deal for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Three months of the service is on sale for just $1. As an added bonus, subscribers will also get access to a month of EA Access, six months of Spotify Premium, and three months of Discord Nitro.
