Nintendo Switch Lite

Nintendo is reportedly interested in bringing more 3DS games to the Nintendo Switch due the the Switch Lite’s success.

According to the techradar, Nintendo chief Shuntaro Furukawa said that the company wants to bring more “3DS games to the Switch in order to highlight the Lite’s ‘appeal’ as a handheld.”

While Nintendo has claimed that it will continue to support the 3DS, techradar suggests that the Switch Lite’s sales (2 million units in 11 days) would make the transition to Switch Lite “a natural progression.”

Which 3DS games will make the jump has yet to be determined, though remakes and remasters of popular franchises are expected to have the highest appeal.
