PlayStation 4 Has Free Party Chat and a 2,000 Friend List Limit

0

In a recent video on the PlayStation Access channel presenter, Hollie Bennett, confirmed that the PlayStation 4 will have a party chat feature and that it will not require a PlayStation Plus subscription like online gaming will. Moreover she went on to add that you can add up to 2,000 people to your friends list, although I doubt very many people will ever get anywhere close to that number.

Furthermore Hollie informed us that the PlayStation 4 will not allow you to use the Dualshock 3 controller however if you have a PlayStation Move controller you will be able to use that with the next generation console. Finally your current PlayStation Netowrk avatar and username will transfer to the PlayStation 4 PSN so there’s no need to worry about that.
