Just a couple weeks ago we reported on a rumor that the hack and slash game in development at Crytek would be a launch title for the next-gen Xbox. Today, the official website for the game confirms that rumor. Another interesting detail is that the game will now have controller support, but be enhanced by Kinect.

The website reads: Exclusively for Xbox One. Fight as a soldier. Lead as a general. Rise as a legend. Controller-based gameplay enhanced by Kinect,”

A countdown on the page points towards and obvious E3 reveal. If you didn’t hear the news yesterday, Microsoft is planning to release 15 exclusive titles in the first year of the Xbox One, 8 of which will be new franchises. Two of them have already been named. Remedy Entertainment’s Quantum Break, and Crytek’s Ryse. So we’ll have to wait and see what developers like Black Tusk and Rare are working on in the coming days.
