Volition has just announced that Saints Row 4 will be coming to the Xbox One and PS4 as a definitive edition title called, Saints Row 4: Re-elected. This re-release will include all previously released DLC, and be priced at a very reasonable $30. Please applaud Deep Silver and Volition for that.

In addition to that bit of news, Saints Row: Gat out of Hell was also announced which will be a standalone release for Saints Row, but not a full fledged sequel to 4. Gat out of Hell will be a digital only release and sends players to the Gates of Hell. You can check out the reveal trailer for the game just below.

According to some gameplay details released, the game world will be about half the size of Steelport. You’ll see why when you see the price of the game after the trailer.

Saints Row: Gat out of Hell will release on previous, current generation consoles and PC at a price point of $19.99. The release date was also announced and set for January 27th, 2015.  The Saints Row 4 remaster will also release on January 27th.

We’ll be sure to bring you more details on this story as it continues to develop so don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date with all the latest news.

  1. Yes! I was hoping for some Saints Row goodness on next-gen. I think I may pass on GTA V next-gen for this
