As stated in a recent press release from Konami, PSP versions of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Silent Hill: Origins are soon to be made available via the PlayStation Network, treating PS Vita owners to two new survival horrors. As of now, it has not been confirmed whether these titles will be put on offer as plain ports or enhanced remakes, and there have been no official sightings of a release date for their arrival. Furthermore, re-releases have only been confirmed for Europe, leaving North American gamers on the edges of their seats.

Minimal pricing details have been issued thus far, the only word being that the games will cost £7.99 each for the UK. Pricing across the rest of Europe, in addition to a release confirmation for North America, is yet to be affirmed on Konami’s part.
