When will those Bosnians ever learn? Until they do, we’ll just keep having to demonize them in trailers, like this latest one for City Interactive’s upcoming Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2.

Strangely enough, this trailer doesn’t have all that much sniping. Most of it focuses on either the protagonist stealthily snapping enemies’ necks or the Bosnia army and their evil exploits, including killing civilians and burning them in pits.

The ‘selling point’ of this trailer, if you will, is that all of it was rendered using the actual game’s engine, CryEngine3. In that regard, it’s quite impressive how City Interactive managed to make such convincing animations for this video. I could have sword some of that was CGI.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is set to release in Q1 2013 for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 for a more modest price tag of $39.99 usd.
