Sonic Sets Forth In Hyrule With New Sonic: Lost World DLC

Sonic: Lost World makes its second Nintendo crossover after Yoshi with The Legend of Zelda. In this new free DLC, Sonic will adventure Hyrule alongside Link. With a green tunic costume, Sonic explores the land, opens treasures, and fights various enemies from the Legend of Zelda. Sonic also faces the infamous Cucco. Sadly, unlike Sonic and the Black Knight, we won’t see Sonic wield a sword in this DLC.

Still, it’s a free level and has plenty of references from Legend of Zelda past such as Twilight Princess’ Hyrule Castle, Link riding a Loftwing from Skyward Sword, and the use of hearts rather than a ring counter. The DLC will be coming out on March 27th.
