The side-scrolling beat ’em up Streets of Rage 4 is coming to all modern platforms.
On Twitter, developer DotEmu confirmed that Streets of Rage 4 will be on PC, PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One. No specific release date was announced, but the game is slated for a 2020 release. Additionally, one user expressed concern about the framerate of the Switch version, and developer Lizardcube confirmed that it would run at 60 FPS.
While no word on whether a physical copy of the game will be released, DotEmu noted, “Too early to talk or confirm anything about a physical release for now. We’ll drop more intel in due time.”
Definitively 60 FPS on Switch, we are not monsters!

Streets of Rage 4 was revealed back in August 2018, and in January, its publishers released several screenshots showing the return of protagonists Axel Stone and Blaze Fielding. The game will release sometime in 2020.
