The Evil Within 2 has received a new update adding a first-person mode, granting players a new way to experience the survival horror title.
Learning from games such as Grand Theft Auto V and Resident Evil VII, developer Tango Gameworks is adding a new level of diversity to its 2017 release and keeping players interested. The announcement was made via a trailer on publisher Bethesda Softworks’s official YouTube channel. The trailer begins with Sebastian roaming the halls of various disquieting locations featured in The Evil Within 2, leading into an abrupt compilation of monster killing.
The Evil Within 2 received mostly positive reviews, though it was not without faults; OnlySP’s Damien shared his lukewarm feelings about the game last year. The addition of a first-person mode may certainly change some of these tepid opinions.
