Can we give out the worst kept secret of the year award yet?

It’s looking more and more like PS4 owners will soon be able to get their hands on an updated version of the PS4 exclusive, The Last of Us. Yesterday on the US PSN store, a new banner popped up advertising The Last of Us: Remastered. When clicking on the banner, it would take you nowhere, so it was obviously a mistake on Sony’s part and the banner was quickly removed.

Users on NeoGAF were able to snap a screenshot of the banner before it went down. Before you say it was Photoshopped, numerous users at the source link saw it as well and tried to click on it, so this is the real deal. Hopefully we’ll get an announcement sooner than later before it’s confirmed for a fourth time and Sony will continue to deny its existence.

Will you be picking up The Last of Us on PS4? I know the main reason I’ve kept my PS3 so far before turning it in for a PS4 was because I didn’t want to part ways with The Last of Us, but with PS Now on the horizon and a remastered edition of The Last of Us, I think I’m about ready to make the jump.
