The Walking Dead Episode 3 Coming To PSN In Europe Imminently

2

Fans of Telltale Game’s The Walking Dead Game series have been introduced to a world that is grim, bleak, and packed with desperation, but for Playstation users in Europe, they’ve often been stumbling and shambling behind.

This is due to certification for the game not being cleared, leaving those with access to PSN without the latest iteration of this choose-your-own-adventure episodic format. However, Telltale have confirmed that they have cleared confirmation with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, who assess and then publish each product onto PSN, which in turn allows its customers to download them.

‘It’ll be ok Clem… The next episode is just around the corner. I promise.’

As a result, a release date should be just around the corner, although Telltale Games don’t have an excellent track record of sticking to their organised schedule. The Walking Dead was originally planned to be released in a monthly format, however, this has since changed to ever other month, angering a lot of customers who initially paid for the season pass, granting them access to all the episodes at a fixed pre-paid price.

However, if you’re a Playstation gamer in Europe who is clamouring for the drama and suspense which comes tagged with The Walking Dead, make sure you keep your eyes peeled for the final confirmation. Let’s just hope that Telltale’s excellent zombie adventure hits PSN Europe soon, and isn’t left lumbering behind.

  1. Good to hear. The state of SCEE has been absolutely abysmal lately; between the numerous delays, problems on the PSN store and the shear unprofessional handling of the EU PSN blog, I&#039m starting to feel as though there are some serious issues that go deep within SCEE that the staff are either too lazy or incompetent to resolve by themselves.

Someone with some balls at SCEE seriously needs to step in and shake things up and get things back on track, because this is going to do no favours for anyone&#039s confidence in their next generation system.

Personally, I just want to play Dyad. :(
