Valkyria Chronicles 4, ahead of its confusing release schedule, has a new trailer that shows off the game’s squad, which looks just as varied as that of other iterations in the series.
The trailer, acutely named ‘Squad E trailer’, focuses entirely on the characters players will be spending time with during their time in the game, focusing on the idiosyncrasies and gameplay potential of each. The eight-person squad is made up of six different classes: The Squad E Commander is Claude Wallace, Riley Miller as Grenadier, Raz as Shocktrooper, Kai Schulen as Sniper, Minerva Victor as Scout, and Karen Stuart and resident puppy Ragnarok as Medics.
The design of the squad, as well as more Valkyria Chronicles 4 gameplay footage, is available in the trailer embedded below.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 is slated for a Q3 2018 release in the west for PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One. The title has already released in Japan to disappointing sales figures.
