Publisher, Bethesda, have today taken to the Bethesda Blog to announce that they have re-released the iconic first person shooter, Wolfenstein 3D. The game is currently available worldwide on the Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network in North America, while the company has promised that the game will also be returning to the European PlayStation Network soon.

Wolfenstein 3D was initially released on both XBLA and PSN back in 2009. The game will set you back 400 Microsoft points on the Xbox 360 system and $5 on the PlayStation 3. This re-release comes with the release of Woflenstein: The New Order slated for Q4 this year. You can also purchase the game via Steam also for $5.
